To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same conditions as it was delivered. Before moving forward with a return, please contact us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Immediately, you will be notified on the status of your refund after inspection of the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain period of time, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping and Shipping Cost
You will be responsible to pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. When receiving a refund, the cost of a returned shipment will be deducted from the total invoice amount. Most important, we highly recommend to protect and insure your item(s); Also, you need to have proof of detailed pictures of the item(s), packaging, etc. prior to shipping back to us. However, if we recieve your item(s) damaged or if it does get lost during shipment, we will not grant a refund.
